The Description: Our flagship program Leadership & Transformation Advisor, is how we help our clients ‘jump start’ their leadership, strategy, people and best practices work through action-oriented thinking and behaviors that deliver real results. As we provide execution assistance, we leverage a combination of highly interactive and participatory methods and techniques. This program:
- Embraces flexibility – our clients receive as much or as little coaching, advisory and guidance assistance as they would like or need.
- Accelerates the required work – in terms of speed, quality, expectations, costs and outcomes – because our breadth and depth of experience positions us to guide our clients toward the most effective decisions and paths, thereby avoiding possible confusion, potential miss-steps and unintended consequences.
- Helps organizations tackle the ‘stickier issues’ – the people, their behaviors and capabilities – in real-time mode.
- Ushers in and instills change in the right doses – we help our clients effectively move through the 4 phases of change – awareness, commitment, application and transformation – at a pace that can be effectively absorbed.
- Drives action thinking and behaviors into leaders, people and cultures.

The Deliverable: Varies per engagement and may include one or more of the following:
- Pilot/Co-Pilot Approach (initially leading the effort then turning the reins over to the client)
- Shadow Coaching (observing client progress and providing coaching)
- Deliverable, Work Product & Milestone Quality Reviews (assessing progress and outcomes)
- Knowledge Transfer (accelerating end goal achievement)
- Interim Leadership (continuing forward momentum until a permanent leader is named)
