| Q. | Can we select a product or service from your website and request a proposal? | |
| A. | Before we create a proposal, we need to discuss your culture, goals, needs, starting point and change adoption rate with you. Sometimes our clients select a product or service that they believe is right for their situation. Once we discuss specifics, we find that the client may be addressing a symptom vs. identifying and tackling the underlying root cause. Our goal is to ensure that we optimize your time, funding and results by closely partnering with you to select the right solution for your organization. | |
| Q. | Do you provide ‘canned’ products and services? | |
| A. | No, we do not. Each product and service is built upon a time-tested, proven foundation, and then we customize each to best meet our clients’ unique goals and objectives. | |
| Q. | Once we send our leaders, managers and front-line employees through your professional development workshops, how do we make the training ‘stick’? | |
| A. | Each of our workshops includes an Action Plan (Individual/Team/Organization components). It is our philosophy that stand-alone workshops/training provide some value but not nearly as much as our clients would hope for. Unfortunately that has more to do with human behavior, individual change adoption rates, commitment and follow-through verses workshop/training content. We highly recommend that for those clients who value investment optimization, as do we, they first create a training strategy that includes a ‘before, during and after’ Action Plan – to drive the desired behaviors into their culture. We will gladly assist our clients with training strategy development because it is just as important to us that the workshops/training add enduring, sustainable value to their organizations and people. | |
| Q. | For those products and services that require executive sponsor, internal customer and/or key stakeholder interviews, can you send out written surveys instead of conducting in-person interviews? | |
| A. | We have found that surveys are perceived by internal customers and key stakeholders as impersonal and the data returned is generally incomplete, therefore we do not receive an accurate picture of our client’s Current and Desired States. Keeping our clients’ best interests in mind, we prefer to conduct on-site interviews though we can accommodate telephone interviews in cases where it makes logistical sense. | |
| Q. | Can we start our work together then later decide if we need your Leadership and Transformation Advisor assistance? | |
| A. | Absolutely! We are available to assist you as little or as much as you’d like. You can make that decision at any point in time. We do have to keep in mind, however, that if you request Leadership & Transformation Advisor assistance at a later date, it could become problematic from a scheduling perspective. If you are interested in this service, please let us know as soon as possible so we may determine how to best accommodate your timing needs. |
