Collaboration in Action

The Description: Our flagship workshop Collaboration in Action, is one example of how we help our clients harness and optimize their people potential.  We leverage a combination of highly engaging methods and techniques as we partner with organizations to increase their people effectiveness. This workshop:

  • Embraces flexibility – it is offered as both a stand-alone, 2-day event plus as the fundamental first step of our Collaboration in Action Program – whereby we help our clients successfully develop and execute their Collaboration in Action Strategy – driving collaborative behaviors and performance excellence into their culture.
  • Hits the target – through pre-workshop interviews and/or surveys, the coursework is customized to address the organization’s specific needs and challenges.
  • Engages and ‘connects with’ participants – it includes a combination of knowledge transfer, self-assessments, group exercises and debriefs, interactive discussion, role playing and Action Plan work in a 2-day, high-energy, action-packed experience.
  • Exemplifies Collaboration in Action – a pre-established group exercise matrix moves participants out of their comfort zone and creates relationship and trust building opportunities by assigning them to a new exercise group for each of the 8 exercises.
  • Leverages the workshop outputs and evaluation results – at the conclusion of each workshop, the client summarizes flip chart work and evaluation feedback that the Workshop Facilitator then reviews with the client, along with facilitator recommendations, in the spirit of continuing the momentum through actionable next steps.
  • Includes Leadership & Transformation Advisor execution assistance (optional, if client desired), which is how we help our clients ‘jump start’ their Collaboration in Action Strategy through action-oriented thinking and behaviors that deliver real results. For this program, our highly interactive and participatory methods and techniques include:
- Pilot/Co-Pilot Approach (initially leading the effort then turning the reins over to the client)
- Shadow Coaching (observing client progress and providing coaching)
- Deliverable, Work Product & Milestone Quality Reviews (assessing programs/outcomes)
- Knowledge Transfer (accelerating end goal achievement)
