The Description: Our flagship workshop Collaboration in Action, is one example of how we help our clients harness and optimize their people potential. We leverage a combination of highly engaging methods and techniques as we partner with organizations to increase their people effectiveness. This workshop:
- Hits the target through pre-workshop interviews and surveys
- Engages and ‘connects’ with the participants through knowledge transfer, self-assessments, group exercises, interactive debriefs, role playing plus Action Plans
- Moves participants out of their comfort zone and creates relationship and trust building opportunities that start in the workshop and continue in the workplace
- Leverages workshop outputs and evaluation results through a sponsor debrief
- Includes execution assistance (optional, if desired) to continue post workshop momentum
